Who This Product Warranty Covers?

This limited warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser of any Situ Lighting product. All Situ Lighting warranties, including any implied warranties, remain valid only for the duration of ownership by the original purchaser. The term "original purchaser" refers to the individual who first purchased the product.

Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase. Note that all Situ Lighting limited warranties are non-transferable.

Packaging:

All art is carefully handled, inspected and hand-package. Unframed canvases and lithographs will ship in a reinforced tube. Unframed cels will be packaged and shipped in a flat box.

International Shipping

We ship to Australia, Canada, China, Germany, Hawaii, Japan, and the UK. Please contact us if you live in another country not listed.

You may be required to pay duties and taxes to claim your package, depending on your local customs office.

Damaged Items:

We inspect each artwork before it is shipped. If, for any reason, your artwork shows up in other-than-perfect condition, contact us within 48 hours of receipt, and we will repair or replace framing and artwork at no additional charge.
