Key Notes
“Rescue of Sirius” was rendered and painted by Mary GrandPré, who has created the original artwork that appears on the cover of the Harry Potter book series, and at the beginning of each chapter.
The rescue of Sirius Black and Buckbeak took place on the 6 June 1994, in which Albus Dumbledore allowed Hermione Granger and Harry Potter to use the Time-Turner to rescue the Animagus Sirius Black and Buckbeak the Hippogriff.
