Friz Freleng had a remarkable 63-year career in animation, shaping many of the most memorable Warner Bros. cartoons. Born in Kansas City, Missouri, Freleng became Head Animator at Warner Bros., where he helped create "Looney Tunes" and "Merrie Melodies." He was instrumental in developing beloved characters like Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, and Yosemite Sam and earned four Academy Awards for his work.

In the 1980s, Freleng began producing feature-length films combining classic animated shorts with new sequences. His legacy was celebrated with retrospectives, prestigious awards, and a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Freleng's influence in animation endures long after his passing in 1995.
