TREVOR CARLTON - DISNEY ART COLLECTION

Born in 1972 in Olympia, Washington, Trevor Carlton initially pursued acting, studying at the Lee Strasberg Acting Workshop in Los Angeles. To support himself, he worked in a custom furniture store, where he discovered his passion for painting and developed his signature distressed style, using reclaimed lumber as his canvas. His art features vintage Americana subjects, from iconic celebrities to Blues legends, blending nostalgia with modern techniques.

Trevor’s unique approach expanded to include Mickey Mouse, combining his signature style with an American icon. In 2009, he launched the *American Vintage Collection*, a fusion of hand-distressed canvas appliqués and original, hand-painted backgrounds. Trevor has performed his live painting shows and exhibited his art worldwide, including the U.S., Japan, and the U.K.
