Collection: Ben Olson - Artist

From the age of 5, Olson has let his imagination loose through a wide variety of mediums. Upon his acceptance at the prestigious Ringling School of Art & Design, Olson soon realized that the cost of a great art school wasn’t in the books. However, that didn’t stop him from pursuing a career in the visual arts. Fine art, illustration, graphic design and more would all become tools in his creative repertoire throughout college, self-teaching, mentors, and collaboration between very talented colleagues. 

In 2008 he would start 3 Monkeys & Aardvark Studios just outside Chicago. Within a relatively short amount of time, Olson began creating a broad range of visual marketing materials for companies such as Verizon, Mattel, and Simon Malls, just to name a few.  His work and talent have reached across international waters in Japan, China, and Europe. 

Olson still braves the cold, construction, and traffic of the Chicagoland area winters without losing his mind. Yet. Instead, his loſt style studio is the playground in which he is not only creative director, but fine artist as well. Imagination and Creativity will forever be flowing through his veins and out the end of a brush, pen, pencil, tablet, or whatever else he can find.
